The MindLabs building has a special purpose. It is the location where technology and AI take centre stage, where relevant parties meet, are inspired, share knowledge and collaborate on innovation. The building provides accommodation, facilities and programming for the building's users, the other members of the MindLabs Association and is partially open to the public. On this page, therefore, you can read all about how to request, organise and promote an event in the MindLabs building.
Organisation of events in the MindLabs building is reserved for affiliated organisational units of members of the MindLabs association. Agreements have been made on this.Together with other members or partners, they organise substantive events around themes related to AI and innovation for solving social issues. Co-creation is central to this.
Requesting an event is done in three steps
In Bruisend Hart, there are screens on which messages such as agendas or news are displayed; so-called narrowcasting.
In the run-up to an event, visual material can be submitted for promotion. You can submit material using this request form for narrowcasting (in Dutch). Please submit your materials at least 5 working days in advance in size 9:16 and in JPG, PNG or MP4.
We have an interactive tool that can be used during events. Attendees scan a QR code with their smart phone and enter an online environment. See how the interactive tool works here.
