16 April 2025 Health

On March 31, we gathered for an inspiring session on "AI and administrative burden reduction. In a room full of driven innovators, consultants, administrators, experts and researchers, valuable knowledge and insights were shared.

After a delicious lunch provided by Smeer 'm, Egge van der Poel opened the day as chairman of the day. Then kan-wél lawyer Noortje Lavrijssen gave an in-depth legal perspective. Her advice was clear:

For healthcare organizations: involve the lawyer from the beginning of the development process.
For lawyers: think in terms of possibilities instead of limitations.

In the second part of the day, participants could choose from several inspiring workshops by experts and experts by experience, including Danny Jonker & Merlijn Lobbes, Egge van der Poel, Fouad de Vries & Rian Zusterzeel, and Juul van Kessel.

The day was closed by Egge van der Poel with a keynote. His message?

* AI is not an end, but a means.
* We must learn to work ‘data-driven’ rather than just 'data-driven.'
* Learning happens by doing - experience is our greatest teacher.
* What is noise for one person may be the solution for another. We only discover this by sharing experiences with each other.AI and administrative burden reduction.
