The speakers are dr. David Peeters and PhD candidate Phillip Brown. Dr. David Peeters will discuss virtual reality as a tool in the study of the psychology of language and communication. Phillip Brown will elaborate on his project on cybersickness: a condition with symptoms similar to those of motion sickness when using VR as a distraction from symptoms of chronic pain.
